Shipping Policy

Every item in the Grace Forward Collective merch collection is made-to-order through print-on-demand production. That means nothing is sitting in a warehouse waiting to be packed — your order is created specifically for you after you place it. We think that's part of what makes each piece feel personal, but it also means shipping works a little differently than ordering from a typical retailer, so here's what to expect.

Production Time

Once you place your order, it goes into production before it ships. Most orders are produced within 2–7 business days, though this can vary depending on the specific item, the time of year, and overall order volume. Items like embroidered products or more complex designs may take a bit longer to produce than a standard tee or mug.

During high-volume periods like holidays, production times may run longer than usual. We'll always do our best to get your order moving as quickly as possible.

Shipping Time

After your order is produced, it ships out and transit time begins.

Domestic (U.S.) orders: Standard shipping typically takes an additional 2–5 business days once your order has shipped. In total, most U.S. customers can expect their order to arrive within roughly 4–12 business days from the date the order was placed, accounting for both production and transit.

International orders: Transit time varies more significantly depending on destination and customs processing, and can range from approximately 5–20 business days after production. Customers outside the U.S. should expect longer overall delivery windows, particularly during peak seasons or customs delays.

These timeframes are estimates, not guarantees. Occasionally, factors outside our control — including customs processing, severe weather, carrier delays, or high demand during holidays — can affect delivery times.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package's progress. If you don't receive tracking information within 10 business days of placing your order, please reach out to us at [your support email] and we'll look into it.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order's contents and your delivery destination. Ordering multiple items in a single order is often more cost-effective on shipping than placing separate orders, since shipping discounts may apply to additional items shipped together.

Order Changes & Address Corrections

Because production begins shortly after your order is placed, we're only able to make changes — including correcting a shipping address — if your order hasn't yet entered production. If you notice an error in your order or shipping details, please contact us at [your support email] as soon as possible. We'll do everything we can to catch it in time, but we can't guarantee a change once production has started.

If a package is returned to us due to an incomplete or incorrect address provided at checkout, we'll reach out to arrange reshipment, which may involve an additional shipping charge.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, or your tracking shows no movement for an extended period, please contact us at [your support email] with your order number. We'll work with you to track down your package or determine next steps.
