Refund & Return Policy
Grace Forward Collective Merch is made through print-on-demand production. That means every item is created specifically for you after you place your order — nothing is pulled from a pre-made warehouse shelf. We think this is part of what makes each piece feel personal, but it also means our return policy works a little differently than a typical retail store, so please read this before you order.
NO RETURNS AT ALL ON DIGITAL PRODUCTS If purchased and then reported as fraud and we get a chargeback, we will persue legal action.
No Returns or Exchanges for Size, Color, or Change of Mind
Because each item is custom-produced just for your order, we're unable to accept returns or offer exchanges if you ordered the wrong size or color, or if you simply change your mind after your order has been placed. Please double-check sizing charts and color options carefully before completing your purchase. We're happy to help answer sizing questions before you order — just reach out.
Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error that wasn't part of the design, we want to make it right.
You're eligible for a free replacement or a full refund if:
- The item arrived visibly damaged
- There's a manufacturing or print defect not reflective of the original design
- You received the wrong item entirely
You must report this within 30 days of the delivery date. To request a resolution, email us at [your support email] with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo showing the issue
- If the issue affects multiple items with the same design, a photo or video showing all affected items together in one frame
You do not need to mail the damaged item back to us. Once we confirm the issue, we'll send a free replacement or process your refund, whichever you prefer.
Please note: for direct-to-garment printed items, minor variations in print placement of up to half an inch are considered normal and are not treated as a defect.
Orders That Don't Arrive
If your order is lost in transit or shows as undeliverable, please reach out to us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. Depending on the situation, we'll work with you on either a reshipment or a refund.
Order Cancellations
Because production begins shortly after an order is placed, we can only cancel or modify an order if it hasn't yet entered production. If you need to make a change, contact us as soon as possible after ordering at [your support email] — we'll do our best to catch it in time, but we can't guarantee changes once an order has moved into production.

This policy applies to merchandise purchased through Grace Forward Collective. It does not apply to digital guides, downloadable resources, or other non-physical products, which may be governed by a separate policy.
